12U COACHES
The 12u team will be coached by all the coaches at Mavericks, but they will get some extra hands with our senior coaches in training!
COACH MOLLY
CO-HEAD COACH
Coach Molly is a long-time Maverick as she played in the program from first-year 14u through her senior year of high school. Molly recently graduated from the University of Connecticut (a year early!). Molly specializes in mental approaches at the plate, playing the outfield, and baserunning.
COACH JENN
CO-HEAD COACH
Coach Jenn is in her first year coaching with the Mavericks, but has made an immediate impact on our girls! She played at Kean and Westchester and specializes in fostering connections on the field and communication work.
COACH ALLY
ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Ally is a Mavericks alum and an "OG" who plays club softball for the formidable University of Delaware team. Ally played five years with the Mavericks through her senior year and specializes in catching and power hitting.

The 12u Mavericks are focused on skills development for both physical softball skills and the mental side of the game.
